HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS

Exchanging tickets dates and times for Online Tickets is possible for the same play when tickets are still available online for another performance of the same theater production. **All exchanges must be made prior to 24 hours before the curtain time of the currently-held ticketed performance.

To request a Ticket Exchange for previously ordered Season Tickets or Online Tickets, please request prior to 24 hours of your currently held tickets and send an email with specific details to:

In the body of your email request, please tell us:

1. Your Name & Phone Number.

3. Your current designated performance date and your desired performance date for exchanging your ticket(s).

**Responses are provided within 24 hours by email. Please expect your response within 24 hours.

SHARE YOUR TICKETS

Wishing to give your tickets away to a friend? Just give your recipient your designated receipt copies and tell them tickets will be held under YOUR NAME at the Will Call Desk in the theater.

Buy Your Tickets Online!

Online Ticket Procedures:

1. Order Tickets Online Until 24 hours Before Curtain Time. (Within 24 hours before curtain time, tickets may be purchased at Mail Center during business hours or At the Door when still available--see Home Page for availability.)

When Ordering Online, Use Any Credit Card or PayPal Account (optional). Print Your Payment Receipt.

2. Also Print Your Dated Ticket Order Confirmation Email from Us Listing Specific Dates.

3. All Tickets Are Held at Our Will Call Desk on the Date of the Performance Under the Purchaser's Name- I.D. Required.

4. Please Bring All Emailed Receipts Printed Online for Validation at Will Call Desk.

Receipts will be required for entry. All orders will receive emailed receipts for proof of purchase. It is similar to a "boarding pass" when you take a flight at the airport--but don't worry! There's no security to go through!

Tickets will be held at Will Call Desk for the date of performance under the name of the buyer. Please bring your printed receipts for validation.

REDEEMING GIFT CERTIFICATES

Prior to 24 Hours of Curtain Time, Email Requests To: tickets@cloverdaleperformingarts.com providing:

1. Your first and last name. Will Call will hold the tickets under Your Name.

2. Your Email Address and Phone Number.

3. Your Gift Certificate Number.

4. Number of Tickets your Gift Certificate includes.

5. Both Day & Date of performance you wish to attend. Please be specific (ex: For Friday, December 17th -- 2 tickets)

* * IMPORTANT - Only upon receiving a RETURN EMAIL from us about your held tickets, will you know that seats are available and they are being held for you under your name at Will Call.

* * If you do NOT receive a return email with written acknowledgment within a few hours to PRINT and BRING to obtain your tickets, you may have entered a wrong email address and your order for comps is not confirmed.

* * Please arrive to the theater in plenty of time to pick up your tickets.

* * All Comp Tickets are rendered invalid within 10 minutes of curtain time and may be sold to Wait-Listed Customers.
