Cloverdale Performing Arts Center Refund Policy
At Cloverdale Performing Arts Center, we're committed to making your experience memorable and enjoyable. We understand that plans can change, and we've crafted our refund policy to offer flexibility while ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality performances and services. Please review our refund policy, which is divided into three parts for clarity and ease of understanding.
Refunds/Exchanges Before a Scheduled Performance
1.1. Rebooking: We will do our utmost to rebook your tickets for any other show of your choosing, subject to availability. Should the alternative tickets be more expensive than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference.
1.2. Refund Requests: If you are unable to attend any of the shows and seek a refund, we may issue a refund back to your original form of payment. Please note that refunds are subject to the deduction of any ticketing fees charged by Square and/or SimpleTix and are granted only on a case-by-case basis with approval from Cloverdale Performing Arts Center management.
Refunds After a Scheduled Performance
2.1. Guest Artist Performances: Please note that tickets for performances by guest artists are non-refundable.
2.2. Cloverdale Produced Shows: If you were unable to attend, refunds for shows produced by Cloverdale Performing Arts Center will be considered on a case-by-case basis with Cloverdale Performing Arts Center management's approval. Eligible refunds may be issued as a “promo code” for future credit (most, but now all shows eligible), which does not expire, or returned to the original form of payment, after deducting any ticketing fees from Square and/or SimpleTix.
Refunds Because of Performance Cancellations
3.1. Notification: In the unfortunate event of a show cancellation, we will notify patrons as soon as possible and provide options for compensation.
3.2. Compensation: Patrons will a “promo code” for future credit (most, but now all shows eligible), from Cloverdale Performing Arts Center, which will not expire. Alternatively, if the event already has a rescheduled date, patrons may opt to move their tickets to the new date without incurring any fees.
3.3. Refund Requests: Should a refund to the original form of payment be requested, it will be issued minus any ticketing fees from Square and/or SimpleTix, and such requests will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy. Our aim is to ensure that both the interests of our patrons and the sustainability of the Cloverdale Performing Arts Center are balanced.
